These terms govern all purchases and services provided by Sopracammi Florals S.L. ("Sopracammi"), registered in Barcelona, Spain. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All prices are displayed in euros (EUR / €) and include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific stems are unavailable due to seasonality or supply. Wedding and event bookings require a 50% deposit; the balance is due 14 days before the event date.
Delivery fees are listed on our Delivery page. We make every effort to deliver within the agreed time window. Sopracammi is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Standard bouquet orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Wedding cancellations more than 60 days before the event receive a 75% deposit refund; within 60 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Subscription cancellations require 48 hours notice before the next billing cycle.
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. See our Gift Cards page for denominations.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona. For consumer complaints, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
